Cloud Holdings LLC, a Cameron Holdings Portfolio Company, Completes Sale of its Food and Beverage Contract Packaging and Equipment Manufacturing Businesses

CHICAGO--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Cameron Holdings (Cameron) announced today that its portfolio company Cloud Holdings LLC has completed the sale of its equity investment in Cloud Packaging Solutions LLC to Ryt-way Industries (Ryt-way), a Wind Point Partners portfolio company. Immediately prior to the sale, Cloud Holdings LLC restructured its remaining contract packaging businesses, transferring its consumer, personal care, OTC & Rx pharmaceutical and industrial contract packaging businesses to its subsidiary, Multi-Pack Solutions LLC (Multi-Pack). Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Multi-Pack and its subsidiaries Span Packaging Services LLC (based in Greenville, SC), Automated Packaging LLC (based in Winder, GA) and Multi-Pack LLC (based in Milwaukee, WI) will continue to operate the consumer, personal care, OTC & Rx pharmaceutical and industrial contract packaging businesses. With its strong customer and supplier relationships and dedication to quality and service, Multi-Pack remains a leader in the contract packaging industry offering a broad range of packaging, blending and mixing capabilities.
