Whether your products require glass or plastic bottles, our Bottle Filling process ensures clean, accurate results every time. Bottles can be filled with any type of liquid: from aqueous solutions to viscous non-water based products.
Basic line: Unscramble, fill, cap, label, carton, shrink and case pack
Sizes: 0.5 oz. to 1 gallon
Liquid Filling for Personal Care Products and Pharmaceuticals: Creams, Lotions, Shampoos/Conditioners, Skin Care Products, Bath Products, A complete variety of components, including bottles, vial bottles and jars
Hot Pour Filling for Personal Care Products: Cosmetics, Other personal care products
Liquid Filling for OTC consumer convenience products: Lens cleaners, Antibacterial products
To prevent errors and/or product cross contamination, we keep production rooms separated, and our entire facility (including manufacturing and warehouse storage) is climate-controlled year round.
